Voxa is currently seeking to fill the following positions:

Project Engineering Manager:
Manage and direct engineering team engaged in use a variety of web application
development tools including Java, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, jsp, SQL, http/ftp/tcp
protocols and MySQL, HSQLB and other database applications to plan, design,
architect, implement and code complex program development application product
lines and product line features in a J2EE environment for product offerings both
using and creating plug-ins for the Eclipse IDE, TotalAccess Pro,
TotalAccess Server, TotalTest developer, Apache Tomcat and JBoss application servers;
testing, and debugging using JUnit; deployment to Tomcat and JBoss servers;
and identifying product software problems and performing and testing of
modifications for bug-fix release. Collaborate and interface with senior engineering
managers and technical staff to analyze technology, resource needs, and market
demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects, and define project
specifications and procedures, and for on-going review, and approval of product
design and changes. Coordinate and direct work of engineering team, making detailed
plans to accomplish goals, directing integration of technical activities, and
developing and implementing policies, standards and procedures for the engineering
and technical work performed by the engineering team. Provide leadership to
training and professional development of others in the engineering team.
Participate in technical architectural design, as well as in some specific
implementation. Perform administrative functions including reviewing and writing
reports, approving team expenditures, and enforcing workplace rules.
This is a full-time position.
